SALARY:   R18 000 – R20 000 CTC p/m


Our client is a successful and rapidly growing Property Management Company, with an impressive portfolio of high quality office, retail and industrial properties. They are looking to appoint a Debtors Administrator in their finance team. Due to the nature of the position and industry, they require a strong, stern approach, and the ability to have difficult conversations.


  • Diploma or Equivalent in Credit Management
  • A proven track record of at least 5 years’ experience in a Debtors/Credit Control Function
  • Property industry experience essential


The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire Credit Control function, up to Legal stage, for a book value of R23 million.
